Return Policy

1. Call 866-377-4771 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. Pack the product in its original carton, or equivalent, and clearly mark the box with the RA#.
3. Enclose a copy of the proof of the receipt showing the original purchase date.
4. Enclose a note describing the difficulty you have had with product. Be sure to include your complete name, address and phone number.
5. Mail the above prepaid to the address provided by the manufacturer with the RA #.

Note:Consumers must call 866-377-4771 to obtain a RA# in order to receive service for a defective product.
